Missy is a Blythewood native and has lived here her entire life. She is a single mother to two beautiful daughters, Taylor (18), a recent Blythewood High School graduate and future Paul Mitchell School student, and Blythe (12), an eighth grader at the Timmerman School in Columbia. Missy graduated from Kenneth Shuler School of Cosmetology and has been doing hair for 18 years, 15 of which she worked in various salons in Columbia, SC and for the past 3 years she has been the proud owner of Blown Away Salon. Missy decided to open Blown Away Salon in Blythewood to offer great hair care service and exceptional customer service to those in her hometown. Missy specializes in cuts, colors, perms, updos, and ultimately, making the customer feel beautiful. She is accepting new clients and sincerely hopes that you will come out and be truly "blown away"!

Tammie is a native of North Carolina but has been in Blythewood for 5 years. She was a stay at home mom to 3 beautiful girls but always had the passion to do hair. Her passion turned into a career when she became a student at the Paul Mitchell School in Columbia, SC, where she just recently graduated. She immediately came to Blown Away Salon and has been a perfect fit into our salon family. Tammie specializes in cuts, colors, and updos, but she loves doing razor cuts and using the flat iron to do curl's that are difficult to achieve with a curling iron. She is dedicated, eager to learn, and very compassionate. Tammie is taking new clients and would love to show you that a beautiful hair style is nothing more than a cut or curl away.
